Our Small Group Strength Training is the sweet spot between going it alone and paying top dollar for 1-2-1 coaching. You get personalised programming and real coaching support, just without the “my wallet is crying” moment. Plus, training alongside others means you’ve got a built-in hype squad—expect laughs, shared effort, and a little friendly “we’ve got this” energy. And because the groups are small, you’ll still get technique help and guidance without feeling like someone is analysing your every move. It’s effective, motivating, more fun, and way easier to stick with.
And because we know life can sometimes get in the way, we focus on progress rather than perfection. No “go hard or go home” nonsense here. We want this to feel like your second home—a place where you’re supported, challenged, and encouraged to realise your full potential. Our Classes

LIFT
LIFT is built around what matters most: coached strength training in a small group setting. Our sessions focus on lifting with intent—developing strength, improving technique, increasing flexibility and building confidence. Each class is capped at 9 members so our coaches can provide hands-on instruction, form correction, and individualised progression. While we also offer larger group cardio sessions, strength training is the foundation of LIFT. These classes are for anyone who wants to lift safely, get stronger, and train with purpose.
Expect: Split Squats, Romanian Deadlifts, Bench Press, Pull Ups, Hip Thrusts

HYROX
Our HYROX sessions are designed to prepare members for the demands of HYROX racing—combining endurance, functional strength, and efficient movement under fatigue. These classes focus on increasing fitness, race-specific skills, and workout formats based on HYROX competitions, including running intervals, sled work, carries, lunges, and high-rep functional movements. Sessions are coached and structured to help athletes improve conditioning, pacing, and durability. While LIFT is built around small-group strength training, HYROX sessions are a conditioning-focused option for members who enjoy challenging workouts, want to improve their overall fitness, or are interested in taking part in a HYROX event.
Expect: Weighted walking lunges, Rowing, Wall Balls, Sled Push and Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps

BURN
BURN is a low-intensity, steady-state cardio session designed to improve aerobic fitness, support recovery, and build a strong conditioning base.
These sessions are paced so members can move continuously at a comfortable, sustainable effort. Expect longer bouts of cardio using equipment such as bikes, rowers and treadmills. BURN is ideal for improving endurance, aiding recovery from harder training, and supporting overall health.
While LIFT remains our core focus, BURN sessions are programmed intentionally to complement strength training—helping members stay fit, recover well, and train consistently.
Expect: Rowing, Ski-erg, Bike erg, Running
